The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Inspector General (OIG) issued two audit reports examining the loss mitigation options provided to borrowers with Federal Housing Administration (FHA)-insured loans after their COVID-19 forbearance ended.

We developed an engaging, interactive PDF to help HUD OIG present complicated concepts and provide real-life case studies of successes and losses. The PDF achieved record highs in the quantity of downloads.
